DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

  • SHIPPING

The production time for ordered products is 7 working days from the receipt of the order. If the item is immediately available, it will be shipped on the same day or the first subsequent working day after the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and successful payment for the chosen item. If multiple items are ordered, shipping times will follow those of the item with the longest delivery period, unless separate orders are placed. ddm srl will deliver the selected and ordered goods using TNT as the carrier. All items we ship are carefully packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit. For orders with destination Italy, ddm srl offers a free standard shipping service for orders over 150 euros. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be 10 euros. For shipments outside of Italy, please contact our customer service via email at web@danielademarchi.it. For destinations within the European Union, shipping is free for orders over 300 euros; otherwise, costs range from 20€ to 40€ depending on the country of delivery. For non-EEC countries, shipping varies from 20€ to 40€ depending on the destination country, plus any customs duties or other export fees. The shipping cost is charged at the time of payment on the total order amount. The carrier is not required to request payments. Deliveries in Italy take 1-2 working days from when the carrier takes charge. For deliveries to Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, and the islands, an additional 1 or 2 days are required. ddm srl is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier. ddm srl is exempt from any delays due to force majeure, strikes, or natural disasters. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the buyer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated in the email containing the order number sent by web@danielademarchi.it
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the packaging's sealing materials (e.g., adhesive tape).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancy in the packages must be immediately contested by adding the words "accepted with reservation," specifying the reason for the reservation (e.g., crushed packaging), on the courier's proof of delivery. After signing the courier's document, the buyer cannot raise any objection regarding the external condition of what was delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to web@danielademarchi.it.

  • PICK-UP AT THE DDM STORE

Pick-up can also be made at one of our monobrand stores. During the purchase process, select: Pick-up at Atelier - Via dei Piatti or Pick-up at Boutique – P.le Lavater. An email will be sent as soon as the order is available for pick-up at the selected store. Pick-up at the store is free of charge. You will need to present the confirmation email, in print or digital format, and an identity document. If the person collecting the order is different from the person who purchased it, they must present written authorization and a photocopy of the identity document of the person who made the purchase.

Gift wrapping

Each item is packaged in a voile pouch, a small box with a ribbon, and a shopper bag. If you wish to give a special gift, you can write us a message, and we will include a card with your words in the package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ddm srl protects its customers and allows returns for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns do not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods. All orders completed and received between December 1st and December 22nd can be returned until January 8th. For orders delivered after December 22nd, regular return times apply.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

Send an email to web@danielademarchi.it with the return request, indicating:

  • the name and surname of the purchaser
  • the order number

Ensure that the products are in the same condition as when they were received. Jewelry must not have been worn, only tried on. An email will be sent with the return form to be completed and sent back to web@danielademarchi.it.

RETURN VIA COURIER:

  • Package the merchandise, including a copy of the completed return form inside the package.
  • Place the products in their original packaging: products must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e., in perfect condition, unused, complete with all their elements, including any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product. Returned items will be inspected to confirm that they have been returned intact.

If the return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back, and no refund will be issued. The option to make a return is granted only once per order, so make sure to include all items you intend to return in the return package.

  • Ship the package to the following address:

  • Keep the shipping receipt.

IN-STORE RETURN:

It is also possible to return items purchased on danielademarchi.it at our monobrand stores within 14 days.

  • Place the products in their original packaging: products must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e., in perfect condition, unused, complete with all their elements, including any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product. Returned items will be inspected to confirm that they have been returned intact.
  • Go to one of the following stores to make the return:

Atelier – Via dei Piatti 9 – Milan Boutique – P.le Lavater 2 – Milan

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

Returns are usually accepted within 3 working days from the package's delivery to the warehouse. During peak times, it may take up to 7 working days. After acceptance, we will immediately process the refund and send a confirmation email. The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment. The refund will be equal to the amount of the item(s) purchased, excluding any shipping costs paid. The timing of refunds depends exclusively on PayPal and/or the banking system.
