The small Equilibrio pin is born from the encounter of essential aesthetics and everyday functionality. Designed as a decorative object for coats, jackets, and outerwear, it adds a discreet yet decisive mark to the fabric. Entirely worked in dropage, the metallic surface features an irregular and vibrant texture that gives material depth and natural luminosity, making the metal lively to the touch and dynamic to the eye.
Equilibrio was born primarily from a real need of Daniela's: to find a simple and elegant way to stop constantly losing or damaging her glasses by keeping them in her pocket. Hence the idea of transforming a pin into a practical glasses holder, designed to attach glasses with an immediate gesture and keep them always within reach.
A small object that fully reflects the ddm philosophy, where functionality, artisanal research, and naturalness coexist in perfect balance.
